Interview
Applied via CREXi website. Got email from recruiter (Dani) to set up phone screening. Called same day and then set up a Zoom with Regional director (Will) a week after that was moved to onsite tour + interview with other directors and some other colleagues. Everyone in this process made it very personal asking questions that weren't so bland and made sure to inform me every step of the way. The recruiter was so patient as I was balancing some other offers but she extended herself always answering messages and again keeping me informed.
I met with a sales recruiter and then the head of sales. The interview was easy and both parties were nice. I would prepare by knowing your stuff about CRE
Fairly quick process that allows you to chat with a few different levels of management about the role and your goals. Not necessarily a lot of hard hitting questions, and overall pretty informative as far as expectations into the job.
