      Software Development Internship Interview

      8 Dec 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at CQSE

      Interview

The interview process basically had two rounds first being the initial screening followed by Technical interview. The initial screening was about 20 minutes where they ask you about your background, projects and experience. The second round is a white board coding where they ask you to write a code in the shared google doc. I answered all the questions properly and interview was pretty intuitive. However, though I answered all the questions properly and concluded the best optimal solution, the team decided not to move forward with the application. During the line, I somehow felt that the process is not so transparent as I haven't convinced with the reason of rejection.
