      Sales Management Interview

      21 Jun 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Diego, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CPR My Career (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2016

      Interview

The interview process gave a background of the company history and then the interview started. Questions were asked about my current situation, how many interviews I have been on, and my financial outlook for retirement. Once I was asked about that, I questioned him, why? What does that have to do with your services. I was under the impression that it was a career recruiting assistance company.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Are you still actively, looking and for how long? Next questions centered on my salary range and my financial reviews for the future. Also, stated that on my first in person interview, I would be introduced to a financial advisor to help me.
