CPC Strategy interview questions

Had a initial phone interview with the HR specialist. She asked pretty general questions about work history. I was pretty surprised how low the compensation for both their mid level and senior levels are offered. Seems like the best fit for this company are people right out of college or with a year or two experience.

Although the office is casual, I dress professionally for the interview. The office location is awesome in the heart of DT San Diego. I met with 2 men - there was supposed to be a third be he never joined us. The interview lasted an hour and they made me feel very comfortable. They had many questions prepared for me and talked a fair share as well. Over all, i enjoyed the experience and they kept it light.
