Interview
Call with a recruiter, then 3 Teams interviews with various member of the Cox Media team. Interviews are conversational. They want to learn if you are a good fit personality-wise. Be yourself. At least one interview will have you follow the STAR method. Just have 2-3 scenarios that you can answer multiple questions with, and you will be fine.
