I interviewed at COWI Friendly with few technical questions. Lots of focus on softer skills and how you would fit in the team. Feels like more of a conversation rather than being bombarded with questions.

The interviewer gave a presentation about the company and asked about my previous experience and coursework at university, and they asked why I am interested in a career in engineering

Interview
It was a very pleasant interview with the head of the departement. We focused on what are my interests and he talked about what will be my role in the departement and which project I will be work on.
