Easy and straightforward. Sensible questions for level of position. Multiple interviews with different people. All interviews via teams. Each lasted around an hour. Slow response post interview due to holidays etc.

There is a two part process. First interview and second written test MCQ +descriptive.
The interview was relaxed but the written test was challenging. In the interview they check you personality, behaviour and basic understanding of structural behaviour.

But the written test was tested from variety of topics such as concrete technology, fem, sfd-bmd diagram, eurocode, seismic analysis and post tension , prestressed beam design
