1st round was HR discussion, it was good. HR found to be very polite and kind explained all details about position.
followed by Test - test was to develop a APIs in Spring boot basic CRUD.
3rd round was with hiring manager - I did not find this iv good. Interviewer actually came with mindset of fix set of 3, 4 questions. If some one gives the answer then passed If not reject.
I thing this should not be criteria of selection. Interviewer should validate candidate in all possible aspects with varieties of question. If candidate partially aware about a single topic asked in interview does not mean candidate don't know anything.
