I could say they used an old school process with typical questions and approach. I am not sure if they have found somebody for the position but I felt like they wanted to finish as soon as possible. They were kind and discreet.

Question 1
How will you manage to lead people with more experience than you?
first step is that you need to do a written test (is not easy and need to have certain working experience to answer ) and then interview with the HR and Accountant. Finally part is interviewing with CFO online.

Interview
It's difficult to get an interview call if you don't have a connection inside its difficult to get a call inside the office. The shipping industry is little complicated for some months to understand the process.
