two people interviewed me in a break out room with another interviewee, and alternated between us asking different questions. It was not bad at all, I even think I had a sub-par performance and still was accepted.

Question 1
How would you react if you were assisting in ambulating a patient but heard another patient calling for help and no one was around to help them?
Online, group interview (with other people), with one interviewer. It is best to talk about any clinical experience that you already have if possible. Know the information in the handbook as well.
Easy 1 on 1 interviews with different leaders. They each have a question for you to ask and are very pleasant. The real work is the 30 hours of training.
