El entrevistador se portó acordé al cargo, una entrevista amena dónde se relato la experiencia afin al cargo a aplicar, los estudios superiores relacionados con el puesto y la disponibilidad de realizar viajes al exterior

Interview
There is no interview process. Candidates present their working and academic background, and a research plan.
Each candidate is evaluated by a commission. The process takes approximately six months.

You have to get a professor with a PHD degree to be his or her supervisor during the duration of the scholarship.
Before the call of the grant each candidate has to met with a potential supervisor to review the plan with them.
