I applied online. I interviewed at COMMITTEE OF INTERNS AND RESIDENTS (New York, NY) in Aug 2024
Interview
A very lengthy and unnecessary interview process that required multiple rounds of interviews with several different departments, a practice exam and a final interview with the political director who seems wholly unprepared to discuss the role or answer the most basic questions. After several unanswered emails, I was notified around 12 midnight that another candidate was selected for the role. It’s not worth the hassle for the mediocre pay and workload.

Interview
very unorganized and confusing. 2nd round technical interview was incongruous with the job description and what is standard in the industry. Had me do a screen sharing google sheets -based evaluation despite the description only mentioning Excel and not tailoring the practice sheet to the difficulties of a tiny shared screen at all.

Interview
Bizarre second interview, was asked to control interviewer's screen remotely via Zoom and do some Excel functions. The role was for database management so not sure how this was really relevant.
