Interview
long interview but they compensate for your time. They send you the questions beforehand so that was nice. The reviews are not great so I was a little worried but the staff seemed nice. never met the CEO. I didn't get the job but they shared their feedback with me. I wish the interview process wasn't that long if they want to center their values and make it more community inviting

Interview
I first generated a professional resume by filling out a JSON data template. Then, I completed a code sample to help the recruiters better understand my technical abilities. After that, I wrote three essays following Code2040's prompts. In the end, I didn't prepare very well, but I had a 15-minute phone interview.
