Applied online through the cnh company portal. The interview process is quick and you will be contacted soon by the HR. There will standard behaviorial questions and then they will go over your resume and ask questions based on your resume. The biggest flaw is the HR does not have any idea about the technical jargons, I had to repeat my experience, explain what exactly it is, spell it out, because the HR was hiring for a position with no idea of what the job description meant. Nor do they have any idea about how relatable your experience is to the job you are applying. However I was impressed by the speed at which the interview was scheduled, may be taking some time and getting an idea about the candidate and the job description will be helpful the next
