CMN (Prairie Grove, AR) interview questions

Due to the remote nature of our work all interviews are performed over the phone or on video chat. At first I didn't know what to expect, but with COVID, it was a relief to conference during the interview process. Mitch, the CEO, and Lisa, the Senior Administrator, were real. They were direct, easy to talk to and made it very clear what the organization expected. Each conversation was followed up with email and/or text confirmation and they made my transition easy. When I got the call saying I was being hired, I was in pre-op and had to make the anesthesiologist and surgeon wait to hear the good news. Great memories!
