Interview was conducted by 2 people, HR and Senior engineer. HR asked more general questions, while the engineer asked more detailed questions. The interview was conducted for around of 1 hour

You have worked in one company you mentioned in CV, talk about that experience
Online exercise->Panel exercise (try to draft proposal within 1 hour)->Face to face panel interview (may ask you what you good at and something skill question such as mvac VSD/how to save the electricity cost)
First to complete 1 essay in 30 minutes with a computer they provided, then interview for about an hour with 3 interviewers and thats all I got to write . . . .
