The interview was in the form of a written questionnaire rather than an in person interview. It asked about experience, interest, and availability. There was never a formal face to face interview.

The interview process for CLD was very straightforward. Instead of a traditional interview where you speak with someone face-to-face, I was asked to answer a series of questions in a document. The questions focused on my experiences, skills, and how I approach certain situations. This allowed me to take my time thinking about my responses and provide clear, thoughtful answers. Overall, the process felt organized and efficient. Answering the questions in a document made the interview less stressful because I didn’t feel pressured to respond immediately. It also gave me the opportunity to fully explain my experiences and qualifications. The process seemed designed to help the organization understand applicants while allowing candidates to present themselves clearly in writing.
