I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) (Plymouth Meeting, PA) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview consisted of meeting the team members and the regional director. They came prepared with your basic interview questions about my background and experience. I was impressed with what they're delivering to their clients and their financial planning process. The company has great benefits and seems to have a good culture. Compensation was negotiable and fair. There is a phone screen before the face-to-face interviews. The recruiter was very helpful through the process and helped prepare you for the face-to-face interview.

Interview
Naomi Cruz (based out of the California office) was probably the best HR / recruiting coordinator I've worked with to date. She was incredibly thorough, comprehensive, transparent, and personable. She was an awesome guide throughout the entire interview process. While I didn't end up with the company, she was really great to work with. She is an asset to CLA and I'm sure will continue to bring in great talent down the road.
I applied online. I interviewed at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) (Denver, CO) in Feb 2021
Interview
I found the interview process to not be worth my time. The team I interviewed seemed uninterested and unprepared. The experience did not match CLA's claim to diversity . The team I interviewed for seemed like they were carbon copies of each other down to their education and capabilities.

Question 1
Nothing skill based. They do not seem very technical.
What would your friends say about you? Why did you apply?

Interview
I first did a zoom interview with an HR rep in California, then I did a Zoom interview in three different sections with the team at the location I wanted then I did an in person two hour interview in 4 sections. The HR rep was rude and when it came to the offer meeting she was unprepared for hours, benefits, vacation and other things.

Question 1
"Ask any questions you want" barely asked anything about me and I had to come up with all the questions.
