CK Supply interview questions

I applied for the Regional Sales Manager position at CK Supply in October 2023, eager for the opportunity to join a reputable company. My initial experience was promising; I received a call for a phone screen interview in late January 2024. The phone screen went smoothly, and the HR representative assured me that I would hear back within two weeks. However, despite their assurance, I never received any follow-up communication. After waiting for the two-week period to elapse, I sent an email to inquire about the status of my application. Unfortunately, my email went unanswered, which struck me as unprofessional and quite frustrating. Two months later, to my surprise, I received an email inviting me for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The interview itself went very well, and I felt optimistic about the potential of joining the CK Supply team. Yet, once again, I found myself in a position where I received no follow-up. I sent another email requesting an update on my application status, but, as before, there was no response. This has been 3 months ago. Given my experience, I would advise against investing time in the application process at CK Supply. The lack of communication and professionalism is disheartening and reflects poorly on the company’s recruitment practices. If you value timely and respectful communication during the hiring process, you might want to consider other opportunities. My worse interviewing experience in my life. Simply pathetic.
