I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CITGO (Baltimore, MD) in Sept 2011
Interview
The interview process was simple. I came in and sat down and was asked about my past work history in a general kind of way. I was then asked if I thought I would have a problem with basic job functions, like counting cigarettes and doing paperwork. He gave me a small math test and asked about my availability, then said I was hired.
