English and IQ Tech exam very high turn over alot of people do not contuinue , very bad salaries and offers , they do not hire senior as senior instead mid level then give them a very bad salary and evaluate them as seniors ! not organized , no requirement documents , no organized mails , some can forget to add poeple to mail then they got shocked that they did not know the info , very bad exp .
