I applied online. I interviewed at CIMCON Lighting
Interview
Applied online, received call from HR followed by screening conversation. Next, I was called for onsite interview. Three onsite rounds 1on1. When I started asking questions from my interviewers, I observed 3 things - First, a complete disconnect in the team, different members expressed very different views on products and future. Secondly, from the questions, I realized the working approach was not data-driven research and decision making. Third and last observation was that this team/organization is a top-down setting. Plus the question, that really disappointed me was that couple of interviewers asking my salary history. After the onsite interview, there was delayed follow-up.

Interview
Called in for an interview, was told they have plenty of openings unrelated to the role I had apply for, followed up as I was told that all candidates will be notify by next week. Next week plus months pass and no update. People travel far and took time to prepare for an onsite interview, please be human and provide an update for feedback. You can't possibly interview 20 plus people in two month, drafting a letter even if generic takes less than 30 mins. Unprofessional.

Interview
I was given a screening interview initially after being reached out to via Email. After that, I had a two-person interview in the office, each one being individual. Interview with VP lasted about an hour, interview with associate/recruiter lasted 45 in total. I was also given a tour of the office and some background of the company.
