Straightforward process. Had an interview with the Creative Director who was very candid about what it’s like to work at Cider, which I appreciated. From there you had a design test. The design test was very involved and asked for a ton of different deliverables and was unpaid. From there I moved on, but then was completely ghosted. Really poor form.
