CIBC Operational Risk Analyst interview questions

Describe yourself, why do you wanna join this team, what is your weakness, what do you like about CIBC, what is your career goal in five years, if there are time conflicts at work how do you deal with it,what do you know about our operation risk management, what did you learn in class about it

Contacted me after a couple month I submitted my resume. i got a phone interview and the next day a in-person interview. very basic questions. Nothing special. Only the director is interviewing and there would be another round.
