This was followed by a technical or case-based round to assess my problem-solving and domain expertise. I then had one or more interviews with team members or hiring managers focused on behavioral questions, collaboration style, and role fit. Throughout the process, communication was prompt, and I had the opportunity to ask questions and understand the team dynamics better.
