Interview
The interview took about 30 minutes and was done online through Microsoft Teams.
The questions were mostly behavioural and situational.
During my interview, I had technical difficulties with the Microsoft Teams audio on my desktop so I had to quickly switch to my phone. I believe any other platform other than Microsoft Teams would have been a better experience.
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
