first round is HR interview, asking basic hr questions and bq, asked reasons for leaving from each previous jobs. Then proceed to 2nd interview with hiring manager(s). Friendly, professional, they won't make you stressful during the interview.

Asked a fee generic questions such as “Tell me about a time you had to deal with a dispute/difficult customer”, “Tell me about a time you exceeded expectations”. Then the interviewer just asked about my experience.
