Applied online and got an email request for a phone interview the next day. Basic phone interview just talk about yourself, and CIBC (tell me about yourself, your skills, why CIBC). Then got an invite for a f2f interview at the end of the call. F2f was simple only 25 minutes. Asked same questions as telephone interview and some behavioural and customer service questions

Overall, the conversation felt balanced and gave me a good sense of the company culture. A more intense, detailed stage where the candidate may meet team members, department heads, or senior leadership to assess deep role fit and "cultural add".

I attend a virtual on camera interview over MS Team. The interviewer first checked my identity and personal information. Then asked a few questions regarding to my working experiences. Then I asked daily tasks and career path of this position. She also asked salary expectation.
The whole process is smooth and only takes about 15 mins. Then she said the result will send to me after discussion.
