They asked me what did I do when faced with conflict at work? what strategy was used to diffuse tension scenario and bring positive result

You'll meet with 2 managers. They go through a series of questions. Just relax and be yourself, remember they are humans too. Just answer the question and if you get stuck take a sip of water
