Applied on line and got a phone call a couple days later to schedule a phone interview. The following Monday morning I had the phone interview which was pretty standard interview questions. Everything seemed to go well and the interviewer said I would either get a call to set up a face to face interview or an email saying I was no longer being considered for the position.
That was almost 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing since. I assume they decided to not interview me but I have no idea why (I was seemingly very qualified for the position) and they never did send me an email. So I just moved on and got another job. Was kind of frustrating to be stuck in limbo like that though wondering what was going on.

Question 1
How would you meet sales goals
How would you handle a customer objection
What is one aspect you can improve
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
