Was smooth the place is small and smelly.
The interviewer asked me the same question 3 time in between and didn't notice my answer probably. The experience was good but the HR area needs more enhancement to be more human.

Interview
Multiple rounds of interview. Start with HR phone interview (friendly and informative). After successful phone interview, invite to office for technical interviews. Technical interviews with various people from the firm (most of whom you will work with). After technical interviews, a week later invited to present a case study (valuation: excel and presentation).
