I found the position in February and applied online. After about a month of radio silence, I heard back from HR that they would like to do a prescreen which included some typical interview questions so they could get to know you better. A few days after submitting, they said they would like to schedule an interview for the following week. I had to complete some assessments (logical, math, reading, and personality) before the interview. I went to the headquarters, met with my HR contact and then sat with her for a half hour discussing the role. I then met with two interviews for another half hour who ended up being my supervisors. I heard back within two weeks with an offer. All in all, once my application was reviewed, the hiring and offer process took right around a month.
