The hiring process took about 1 week from the time I submitted my application online. The hiring rep called me and scheduled an interview immediately. The interview was a panel interview with directors and managers. It was very positive. A lot of the questions are just to feel out your personality and how you work with others.

Tell us about a time that your work wasn't up to standard and your manager told you about it... or Tell us about a conflict you had with a co-worker and how you resolved the issue.
I think it was a very straightforward interview. I Answered questions about my background and I asked them questions about the department. It was low stress and personable. The people were very down to earth.

Interviewed on 3 units, panel interview was conducted with questions about my experience and personality. I was also given a rundown on how things worked on the unit, what the unit saw on a daily basis, and what the unit was looking for in a nurse.
