I applied for the position 02/20/18, received my call on 03/05/18 to schedule my interview which I scheduled for 03/08/18. On 03/09/18 I received a callback from the recruiter with an offer. A confirmed email was sent to me on 03/12/18 as I was even able to renegotiate the salary. The overall interview process was pleasant, welcoming, and at the same time laid back and informative. Since this is a a newly created position management wanted to ensure that the skills and qualifications were present. I've been trying to get on with the company since Oct. of 2017. Coincidentally the same Supervisor that interviewed me for the 1st position when I first applied, was also part of this interview as well, including two other associates part of the team. She made a personal yet professional observation and stated she identified my determination stating she sees when I want something, I claim it and go for it. The interview was scheduled for an hour however lasted an hour and forty-five minutes. The Supervisor for this particular position was able to identify my skills and experience and ensure that I did have what she was looking for regarding experience for the role. I'm truly excited to be part of the Christus team. I'm currently completing all documents for on-boarding and start April 2nd.
