Interview
The interview process was very simple and clear. All steps were laid out at the beginning of the process. There was a discussion with HR, the direct manager, the CS Operations Manager, and at my request, someone from the Product team. There was also a take home assessment in between that took some time to complete, but was fairly straightforward. I really appreciated that they brought one of the cross functional partners in for the final interview stage.

Interview
Was a great process until the 3rd interview. Everyone seemed genuine and then got completed ghosted. I’m fine with rejection, but you shouldn’t leave people hanging like that. Was then told they emailed me and chose someone else. Both lies as the job was reposted and I was never emailed.
