I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CFI (Computerized Facility Integration) (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2014
Interview
It was face to face interview in Chicago office. When my resume was selected then I got a call from HR for personal interview. The interviewer was technical lead there. He was very friendly and looking for the guy having experience in web application development (Java,J2EE,MVC,Database). There was no technical question asked. He just discussed the projects and course work. And described the work in there office. He asked whether I am having any idea about Java frameworks, apache, web application development. I lacked the relevant prior experience due to which I was not selected for this position.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CFI (Computerized Facility Integration) (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Heard about the opportunity through a career center at my school. Turned in my application and heard back from them to schedule an interview in a matter of days. The interview process was painless. They just asked me basic questions about my resume, my work experience, what classes I took/am taking in school, and what languages and IDE's I know how to use. I heard back from them about a week and a half after I had the interview.
