This was my first and only interview with the company, and it was a poor experience overall.
The interview was conducted with HR and three other people (engineers or developers), although some of them did not introduce themselves, so their roles were unclear.
I was not informed in advance that multiple people would be present. I was under the impression that this would be a one-to-one interview with HR, as no details were shared beforehand about the format, participants, or focus of the interview.
During the call, some participants mentioned they were reading my CV for the first time, which gave the impression of a lack of preparation and internal communication between teams or managers. The interview felt unstructured, and HR appeared inexperienced, particularly in setting expectations and coordinating the process.
Overall, the experience suggested gaps in communication and interview planning, which made the process uncomfortable and unprofessional from a candidate’s perspective.
