Applied online. First contact was an email with some questions. Got a response quickly and was then asked to come in for an in person interview. Standard questions about experience. Met with owner and then supervisor. Was offered the job via email later that day. Whole process was quick, 2-3 days.

Two phone interviews with EVP where she probes into what makes you tick. Filed away to use at a later date against you if you're hired. Brought into office and interviewed with EVP again and President of company. Introduced to team members, shown office layout. Had offer that night.
