Informal and also informative. I enjoy the question they ask and it’s more of a conversation than an actual interview. I enjoy talking to many different people and would do this again.

I completed a phone interview followed by an in-person interview at the corporate office. I had to remind the hiring manager to follow-up. The process was fairly laid-back; however, an overview of the interview process was not provided until I asked.
