I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CEG Grey Saints (Jacksonville, FL) in Aug 2013
Interview
Very informal, but still professional. The owner is very direct in his questions and he was upfront about expecting direct answers. I mentioned that I did not have the experience necessarily, and he advised that he could teach me everything as long as I paid attention and was willing to learn.
I got a much better hourly wage than expected, because according to him, if you pay someone a good living wage from the start, you get a dedicated employee who doesn't have the concerns and distractions while working of looking elsewhere for a better paying job. Really enjoyed the interview and was put completely at ease from the start.

Question 1
If you see a problem you're not familiar with, but are confident that you can fix it without causing any problems, and you know that I (the boss) want you to learn to handle problems on your own, what would you do?
