      Management Trainee Interview

      17 Sept 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Dallas, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CED Greentech (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2021

      Interview

40 minute interview process, beginning with branch manager who was obviously not comfortable. Took a hostile tone when unimpressed by my answers. Half way in, an additional employee hopped on and barely spoke.

      Interview

Was really well at first but after I told them to give me 1-2 weeks to make a decision. Emailed them back and never got a response back. Terrible process and lack of communication.

      Management Trainee Interview

      28 Jan 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Raleigh, NC
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CED Greentech (Raleigh, NC) in Dec 2021

      Interview

Lengthy interview process that started with a phone interview, followed by a zoom interview, and then two separate in-person interviews. There was also a two hour test that I took via zoom that was proctored. After the final interview, they explained that they would let me know within 4 days if they would be extending an offer. 15 days and multiple attempts to reach out later, they informed me that they forgot to let me know that my application was not chosen. After a month of interviews, tests, and other unnecessary requests by the company, they did not even have the decency to provide me with a simple answer. If a company takes this long to make decisions about hiring, I can only imagine how long it would take to gain any sort of momentum for a promotion or increase in responsibility. Extremely disappointed.
