The interview process is long and drawn out. You're first contacted by their recruiter, after which you have a phone interview to determine if you are a good fit for the job. The next step is a bizzare online personality test to determine whether you are a psycopath?! If you pass this test you are then scheduled to do 3 more interviews, including a technical phone interview, a face to face interview - where they sorta feel you out, and another phone interview with the program manager who asks standard interview questions, i.e. "How would you solve a problem you didn't immediately know the answer to?"
They also perform a background test on you, i.e. criminal and credit, with drug testing once they hire you. All in all my interview process took a little over a month, with long stressfull gaps between each stage of the interview process. Though I made it to the final stage of the interview process, I wasn't offered the job, and would certainly not subject myself to that stress and scrutiny for an entry level position (that doesn't pay that much), unless I was completely out of options. What was annoying is that there was no feedback and no copy of the background/credit check information that I opted to recieve while fiilling out their application. Anyway, their are many better companies out there to pursue a career with than CDW.
