I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CDW (Indianapolis, IN) in Nov 2021
Interview
Interviewed during the pandemic period so all interviews were remote. Submitted my resume online then had a screening interview with a recruiter. The next step was a literal virtual interview where I was given four questions and asked to record my responses for each. From there I had a group interview with my perspective manager and future coworkers. Finally had an interview with my managers' manager. The key for me was that whenever I was given a timeframe in terms of a response or next step, CDW met that timeframe. This was unique in that usually the interviewing process stretches out, responses are delayed and timeframes are not met. This was not the case for CDW, they were very respectful of my time and my schedule.

Question 1
As an example, given a certain scenario that my role would encounter - project delay due to a change update in requirements, what actions would I take?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CDW (Milwaukee, WI) in Feb 2014
Interview
CDW recruiter contacted me though Linkedin. I had an initial phone screen with a Sr PM which went very well. A HR scheduler and HR Talent Coordinator contacted me and scheduled a final in-person interview with 3 people (hiring mgr, Sr PM and Sales Exec). Due to my current work schedule I was only able to meet over the phone first and was scheduled with the Sr PM, I was then suppose to have the final in person interview with the Sales Exec and Hiring Mgr but I declined due to odd questions that were asked.
