To get the job quick, apply online and then talk to the manager at the warehouse you applied. Got an interview within the week and it was an easy interview. The interviewer will typically ask questions about sales and customer service experience and then ask you to sell a product to them.

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.
