It was a bit odd, most of it was done on the computer, there are long waits without any communications,once called in, we spoke a bit, and relayed info and some history, got some basic info in return and left, waited 3 weeks before hearing anything, and than got call be here on wed at 10.

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.

There are few questions asked during the interview. Few information about yourself and experience. Also question about your availability. You have to be available at least for a weekend in a week.
