short and to the point ask about me experience in customer service. Explained about the company. explained company policy, What the day was like the different shifts and what I was available for in hours and days I was available open to work and the hours of start and finish. The hours of Cost Co. What were my expectations were in working for CDS. Went over salaries and starting pay. Drug test and background check. Went over the basics of the company the rules and dress code, what was expected of employees.

The interview process was easy and fast. There was a zoom interview and the interviewer couldn't be nicer. The interview took all of ten minutes and I was given next steps.

The interviewer asked me if I needed any accommodations to perform the job and if I was comfortable cooking. She asked me if I had reliable transportation and if I had ever worked for the company before.

When you apply for the job, you apply via an AI chatbot online. Then you'll receive e-mails from said chatbot about setting up an interview. The interviews are virtual. I can't remember the name of the lady who interviewed me, but she was a CDS manager from a different location. Super kind. Asked me basic questions, like what relevant experience I had, why I think I'd be a good fit. Just super basic questions. Nothing you really have to worry about preparing for beforehand. Got the job. Super easy.
