Zoom interview with regional team leader who acts as your supervisor if hired. Casual conversation with some questions sprinkled in. Got to know manager on a personal level right from the start. Overall good experience, but not super formal.
I was interviewed by my current manager and two other engineers. I then heard back with an offer a few days after. They gave me ample time to reply to the offer.
Currently in the interview process. Will update once its done. However I can say that it did take a few months before I received a response. So be sure to check your email daily.
