Interview
I received an email with an interview offer which was done on Microsoft Teams. I was asked basic behavioural questions and about my experience/skills. This position was basically for an IT help desk position.

Question 1
One time you worked in a team environment and what did you learn
Pretty straightforward and directed to my interest and competency for the role. No confusing or difficult questions and the interviewers were very nice. Process completed very efficiently. Received offer in around a month.

Interview
The interview process took some time. First, there was a phone interview with HR person for screening, then a first interview in person, one written assignment and a final interview in person. The whole process took about 2 months from application to offer.

The interview questions were behavioral-based for the phone interview. Then there was an interview with HR and two other managers with questions and examples of prior success and behavior. Lastly, a written assignment was given and was the focus of a final interview in the form of a panel.
