Interview
It was an easy process. Mostly behavioural questions about my experience in previous positions. Also, the went through my resume and coding charts. Also asked me about my preferences for work location and salary.

What would you do if an employee was damaging the morale of the team? What would you do to neutralize the situation?
Very long, hectic and they went mute. I expect communication even if I did not fair well that is very unprofessional. I would not reccomend anyone even my worst enemy to try them

There wad a panel of four, each taking a turn to ask a question.. i was given paperwork you'd expect after a job offer. To complete. It was a small space, felt like a repurposed space, not a professional space or feeling or feeling of warmth.
