I like interview process and the people who interviewed me , they were nice and very warm and knowledgeable. Below was the interview process.
1 Aptitude Test
3 Round of Technical Interview
1 Problem solving question(send the problem though Dropbox) . Web API 3.1 project.
Was suppose to have one round with Hiring Manager(never happened)
I thought I did well and cleared all the rounds . After some time I thought they were just stretching it , just to find a reason to reject. I mean I was interviewed by Senior Software Engineer, Architect and then again by Junior Developer in that order.
The recruited was also good in the process but in the end i thought she too was clueless as what they wanted to do.
When I asked what next ? I got the exact reply from them :
The hiring manager said she wants one more to compare, since you are the first one through the process for this new role!!!
After that I never got any reply from them . I hope they find a better candidate . Don't keep people hanging, if they think that candidate is not suitable then inform them . Not even asking for a feedback , just a courtesy mail that they were able to find a better candidate for the role etc.
Interviewing for 3+ weeks(raising the hope) and nothing after that.
All I saying a little bit of transparency.
